Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Ghunakw, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our products—especially custom, digital, and electronic items—some items may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Customized products (name, image, color, or any personalized design)
  • Digital downloads or content
  • Electronics that were delivered in working condition but later damaged by the customer
  • Any product damaged after delivery due to misuse

3. Electronics Policy

  • The customer must inspect electronic items upon delivery.
  • If any defect or damage is found, it must be reported immediately before the delivery person leaves.
  • Once confirmed delivered in good condition, Ghunakw is not responsible for damage due to drops or misuse.

4. Returnable Products

We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos and your order number for verification
  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition

5. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we may issue store credit or a replacement

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your product is eligible for return, you may request a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is from our side (defect, wrong item), we will cover return shipping
  • If the issue is from the customer’s side, return shipping is the customer's responsibility
